What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the account record and the personal details held with it: your email address, your name, and the account identifier. This cannot be undone, and the same email address can be used to register again afterwards.

What is not deleted, and why

Your assessments, recordings, reports and pose edits are stored on your device, not on our servers. Deleting your account from inside the app also erases the reports saved under it in My Reports on that device, including unfinished drafts, because the app can reach its own storage. Deleting from this page cannot — we have no way to touch any device from here, so anything saved on one stays until you remove it.

To clear what remains, clear 3Diagno's storage in your device settings or uninstall the app, on every device you used it on. Files you exported yourself — a PDF or DOCX report you saved or shared — are wherever you put them, and only you can remove those.

Your profession and country are stored on your device alongside the account and are removed with it on that device.

Delete it now

Sign in below and confirm. You can also do this inside the app: open the controls menu, choose Profile, then Edit profile, then Delete my account.

If you cannot sign in

Email info@sukonmed.com from the address you registered with and ask for the account to be deleted. Requests are actioned within 30 days.
