3Diagno
Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 18, 2026
The full 3Diagno Privacy Policy — the version filed with Google Play and the App Store — is published at sukonmed.com/en/3diagno/privacy. It governs. The summary below covers the same ground in short, so it can be read inside the app without a connection.
1. Who is responsible
3Diagno is developed and published by Dr. Faris Arab and distributed on Google Play under the package identifier com.drfaris.physiomotion and on the App Store. The data controller is Sukon Medical Tourism pvt. ltd. Earlier materials may refer to the app as 3D PhysioMotion.
2. Your account
Using 3Diagno requires an account. The account record holds your email address, your name, an account identifier, whether your address is confirmed, when you created the account and last signed in, and which sign-in method you use. You may register with an email address and password, or with Google or Apple; if you sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email address, Apple gives us a private relay address instead of your own.
Accounts are operated using Firebase Authentication, a Google service, which stores the record on our behalf and handles sign-in, email confirmation and password reset. Your password is stored only in hashed form by that service — we never see or hold it. Your address is used to sign you in, confirm your account, let you recover a forgotten password, and contact you about the app. It is not sold and not used for advertising.
Your profession and country are asked for at registration and are stored on your device only. They are not sent to us.
3Diagno records the date of your most recent successful sign-in check on your device so the app can keep working without an internet connection for up to 30 days at a time. That date stays on the device.
Access to account records is limited to authorised personnel, and only for account support, security and abuse prevention.
3. What stays on your device
The assessment details, clinical notes, joint positions, motion recordings and generated reports you create are processed and stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to us, and we have no ability to view, retrieve or recover them. Having an account does not change this, and signing out does not delete them.
Saved reports. 3Diagno keeps a library of your assessments on the device, under My Reports. An assessment is written there automatically as you fill it in, so that closing or backgrounding the app does not lose your work, and a completed assistant session is saved there as a draft you can finish later. Being tied to your account does not mean the reports leave the device: the account only decides which library you see. Nothing in it is uploaded, to us or to anyone else, and it exists only in that one installation's own storage — a second device, or a reinstall, starts empty.
On a device more than one clinician signs into, each sees only their own reports. That separates them on screen; it is not encryption. Protect the device itself with a passcode or biometric lock, as you would any other record of patient information.
You can delete any saved report from My Reports at any time, and doing so is immediate and permanent. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app removes the whole library.
If that content relates to identifiable patients, you remain responsible for handling it in line with your professional, institutional and legal obligations.
4. Other services involved
Besides Firebase Authentication and the Google and Apple sign-in providers, Google Play Integrity checks that the installed app is a genuine, unmodified copy, and our web host processes standard technical request logs. The web version additionally uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate, non-identifying traffic measurement; the Android and iOS apps do not. 3Diagno contains no advertising SDKs and uses no advertising identifiers.
5. Deleting your account and your data
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time: open the controls menu, choose Profile, then Edit profile, then Delete my account. The account record is erased immediately and permanently, and we keep no copy of it. A web form is also available at /delete-account for deleting an account without the app installed.
Deleting your account from inside the app also erases the reports saved under it in My Reports on the device you delete it from, including unfinished drafts. If you have used 3Diagno on more than one device, clear the app's storage or uninstall it on each of the others as well — we cannot reach them to do it for you.
Deletion does not erase the content that is not tied to an account — motion recordings, saved poses and app settings. Clear the app's storage or uninstall the app to remove those, then delete any exported files from wherever you saved them.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and to request a portable copy. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these rights arise under the GDPR and UK GDPR. Your name and email are shown in the app under Account, and can be changed there. The full policy sets out the legal bases we rely on.
7. Medical disclaimer
3Diagno is an education, visualization and clinical-reference tool. It is not a diagnostic device and is not a substitute for professional examination, medical imaging or independent clinical judgment.
8. Privacy contact
